How are insurance claims filed?

When an insurance claim is necessary, GoCamp will assist in the claims process from start to finish. You will communicate with the renter and provide repair estimates, photos, and receipts to support the claim. Please remember that personal expenses such as your own transportation, time spent tending to the damages, or credit card fees are not costs that will be covered by an insurance claim.
