How do I get paid for renter related damages?

When you let us know that an incident has occurred, we will place a hold on the renter's security deposit. You will be responsible for promptly taking the vehicle to a shop for an assessment of damages and a repair estimate. Then email the estimate to the renter and accounting@gocamp.com.

If the repair costs are less than the $2,500 deductible, GoCamp will claim the cost from the renter’s security deposit and pay that amount to you. For repair costs more than $2,500, GoCamp will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
