What happens if a renter breaks or loses gear or supplies?

A renter may break a coffee mug or lose a headlamp. It's best to catch these small things during the return process. These minor damages are not covered by GoCamp's insurance and will be charged to the renter's security deposit. Let the renter know about the issue when they return the van. Note the damages or lost items, and take photos as directed on the Return Form. Collect replacement costs and/or repair estimates within 48 hours of the van’s return, then email this information to the renter and copy accounting@gocamp.com.
