What happens if there is an incident while a renter has my van?

You are the primary point of contact while the renter is on the road, so your renter will contact you if an incident occurs. For minor issues, like a flat tire or dead battery, renters are authorized to perform minor repairs.

For bigger issues, you’ll work with the renter to fix the issue, including authorizing and paying for any necessary repairs.

If the issue requires the renter to move to another van, GoCamp will work with you to find an appropriate alternate vehicle. You’ll be responsible for delivering the alternate van, and any remaining fees will transfer to that van.
