What is included in the owner verification check?

During the listing process, you will be asked to complete an identity verification with our trusted verification partner. This is the same process as required by our renters during the booking process, and it helps us ensure a consistent level of security. Owner verifications will include identity verification and screening of your driving record, credit report, and criminal background check.
