What should I do in case of an incident?

If the issue does not impede the trip (a rock chip to the windshield, for example), it can be addressed when you return the van. If the issue requires immediate attention (e.g. van won't start, flat tire), contact the van owner for instructions. If the issue prevents you from continuing your trip as planned (e.g. mechanical issue that cannot be quickly resolved, van needs to be towed), contact the van owner. The owner will reach out to the GoCamp team who will work to find an alternate van, if possible.
