Can I change vans after I’ve made a reservation?

If you decide you want to switch into a different van after you’ve made your reservation, please reach out. With enough notice we can usually accommodate requests to change vans. If you wait until the last minute to let us know you’d like to make a change, it becomes much harder to accommodate the request. Van changes cannot be made less than 30 days before the reservation is set to begin.
