Am I required to purchase Roadside Assistance?

Most GoCamp van owners require that you have a roadside assistance policy in place that covers you and your van during your rental. If you don’t already have your own comparable coverage, GoCamp partners with Coach-Net to provide worry free roadside assistance for $15/day. Add this service for peace of mind protection throughout your trip.

It’s important to note that if you don't have 24-hour roadside assistance, you will need to cover the costs for issues that are typically covered by roadside assistance (such as a flat tire, dead battery, towing, or running out of gas) during your rental. If the accident results in disruption of your trip, you are responsible for any lodging, transportation, or food costs while the vehicle is out of service.

If you purchase Roadside Assistance, after booking with GoCamp, Coach-Net will email you your Roadside Assistance membership card and provide policy documentation. If you do not receive that email, please contact GoCamp’s team for assistance.
